Forced Labour and Child Labour Report
As a leader in the Canadian automotive retail industry, the Performance Auto Group and certain of its members meet the threshold set out in the Act for mandatory reporting. This report serves as the first disclosure by the Performance Auto Group and its members pursuant to the requirements of Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”), which came into effect on January 1, 2024.
